Assistant Secretary Jose Fernandez visited Algiers on January 19.  He came after his trip to Morocco as part of the NAPEO initiative.  In meetings with the Ministers of Commerce and Post and IT, A/S Fernandez emphasized the United States’ commitment to strengthening its economic bridges with Algeria.
