On January 18, election commentator and Executive Director of the American nonprofit FairVote Robert Richie helped to demystify the American election process for a group of Algerian journalists in a Skype conference.  Mr. Richie spoke about the impact of voting systems on proportional representation and answered questions about the ongoing U.S. primary elections.
